PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

BILLING

When a Paid Subscription is purchased directly from God Music or through a third party either by (1) paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed prior to purchase; or (2) pre-payment giving users access to the God Music Service for a specific time period (“Pre-Paid Period”).

God Music may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid), or Codes, from time to time and will communicate any price changes to users in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, users accept the new price by continuing to access the God Music Service after the price change takes effect. If users do not agree to a price change, they can unsubscribe from the Paid Subscription prior to the price change taking effect.

RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

PREPAY:

For Prepay Subscriptions, there will be no refund for cancellation and your Prepay Subscription will be valid for the subscribed period. Prepay Subscriptions will not auto-renew. Users will require to subscribe once again at the end of their current prepay subscription period..

SUBSCRIPTION:

All Subscriptions that are not under the Prepay option will automatically be renewed at the end of the applicable subscription period. In the case of cancellations through the respective App Stores, the validity of the subscription post cancelation are subjective to the individual stores’ cancellation & refund policies. To prevent auto-renewal on the respective App Stores, users are requested to initiate their cancellation 2 days prior to the date of next renewal. Please note that in some cases, subscriptions might be terminated instantly upon cancellation. Please refer to the respective App Stores’ cancellation & renewal policies for more details.

SUBSCRIPTION PLAN CHANGE

Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time. In case of an upgrade, the user, after selecting the new plan, would require to make a payment of the difference in cost of their current subscription plan and the new plan they are upgrading to (including taxes). Upon confirmation of payment, the new plan will be active. In case of a downgrade, the current plan will continue to apply for the remainder of current cycle and the new plan will be active from the following billing cycle.
